Sophrology through the ages

TheNational Observatory of Sophrology undertook a series of symposia having as main theme The relaxation therapy throughout the ages.

The first of these meetings took place in 2011 and was entitled The senior in the spotlight: being senior and an actor in your life.

The second will take place on Saturday November 24, 2012 in Paris (Dorat workshop, 22 rue Chapon 75003).

It will address adulthood and the adult’s ability to cope with a crisis.

For the ONS it’s about to establish the impact of personal, family or professional crises on physical and mental health, psychosomatic repercussions and to reflect on the prospects for action and support, particularly in the context of sophrology, to identify the resources to be mobilized.

The speakers will be:
