Sophro videos now online

The Syndical Chamber of Sophrology recently posted a set of videos on practical issues around sophrology: “What is sophrology? “,” What are the origins of sophrology? “,” How does an individual session take place? “… So many questions for which a clear, short and precise answer is given.

No less than 17 videos are already online and others are in preparation: a good way to learn more about the method and finally have answers on how it works and its practice.
